Jack Chalkley
Team Sales Manager
Having just joined David Harber I am currently learning from some of the most knowledgeable and passionate sales specialists in the industry. My role is to manage the sales team and helping our wonderful clients make their spaces more beautiful with a David Harber sculpture.
Favourite Part of the Job
As a newer member of staff, I am always blown away to be able to walk downstairs and see these amazing sculptures being made by hand. The Workshop is an ever-changing place and I like to take my time to peak in every afternoon and see what new, amazing wonders are being built.

Tim Davies
Senior Sales Consultant
I have been at David Harber for 10 years. I develop new and existing relationships with clients and designers, establishing their needs and supporting them through the sales process. I work on projects of all sizes predominantly across the UK, USA, Middle East and Far East.
Favourite Part of the Job
Developing strong working relationships with clients, taking on larger, more technical projects, and working with my colleagues.

Maisie Farrell
Sales Consultant
I nurture relationships with private clients, designers and architects. I am on hand to assist at any point from the initial enquiry through to the final decision.

It is important to me that I am an integral part of the journey, whether attending site visits to meet clients, or collaborating with their designers/architects to help a vision come to life. And of course, it makes me happy to meet clients' expectations, and to see commissions in situ.

Client Services Manager
Responsible for the entire client journey – every process from receipt of deposit to installation. Ultimate mandate is to ensure that throughout this process all clients have a fantastic DH experience.

Finance Director
I am a member of the senior management team. I am responsible for all the analytics, reporting and financial forecasting to ensure our financial stability.

Founder & Creative Director
I oversee the creative direction of the company and keep the creative momentum moving in the right direction. I also meet and collaborate with architects, landscape architects and end-users.

Meeting new clients and being challenged to come up with creative concepts.

Dan Hogan
Installation Manager
My main responsibility is to carry out and oversee the installation of most of the David Harber pieces, both in the UK and overseas, in a safe and efficient manner.

Seeing how delighted our clients are after installation, and seeing our pieces at their best in beautiful surroundings.

Ines Vilarinho
Marketing Executive
I support marketing activities and events by liaising with suppliers and ensure services are hired within deadlines. I also maintain relationships with companies within the industry for possible partnerships.
Favourite Part of the Job
Getting to the actual day of an event/exhibitions and seeing it come to life. I love feeling that my efforts have had an impact and that every detail is covered. Of course it is also satisfying receiving positive feedback from guests as well.

Cezar Bitica
Design Team Leader
My job responsibilities are: to produce accurate drawings for both the fabrication and installation teams, to continually improve our designs, and to produce costings for our classic and bespoke pieces.
Favourite Part of the Job
Seeing a project completed, wrapped and loaded onto the lorry, after having had it on my screen for weeks. A good installation with nice photos and a happy client also gives me a great feeling.

Sam Burghard
Finishing Team Leader
I am responsible for metal finishing. In other words, treating the surface of our sculptures so that they are both beautiful and long lasting – a very complex task. I am also responsible for quality control.
Favourite Part of the Job
I find it very rewarding to perfect a piece before handing over to the client. Client testimonies and satisfaction remind me of the magic and high standards that go into every piece.

Richard Hatson
Design Engineer
Responsible for making visions/concepts engineerable. I take an idea and prepare workable schematics for the workshop to make via CAD. I also get involved in the engineering aspect of sales.

Turning design into reality, seeing products being made in the workshop.

I run the stone barn and manage all Dark Planet operations.

Installation Technician
I am an installer for David Harber, working on my own as well as supporting Dan Hogan, our Installation Manager. I work on all manner of installs in the UK and internationally on private and corporate commissions.

Fabrication Team Leader
I manage the team of fabricators at David Harber and have been an expert in stainless steel fabrication and welding for several decades!

The highlight for me was working on an 8m Hydra. I enjoy bringing David’s artistic concepts to fruition through engineering skill and seeing the customer’s pleasure in receiving a well-made piece.
