Gabriel Square
St Albans, England
The historic city center of St Albans, with its iconic bell tower, was being transformed by an inspiring development. The architects commissioned David Harber to design and create a piece to engage and stimulate the public.
Design details

A sculpture was needed that could reference the bell, was accessible to the public, and sympathetic to the new development.

We designed a highly visible dynamic wall sculpture of mirror-polished sound waves reverberating from a circular labyrinth etched with the name, Gabriel Square.
