As a centerpiece, Dark Planet Fountain will elevate your outdoor living space. Water flows gently over the irregular polished puddle stones or slate shards. And as light catches the droplets, the piece transforms into a glistening polished sphere.

Finishes and colors

This water fountain can be constructed from smooth, frost-proof, black puddle stones or high-quality shards of Welsh slate. Internal LED lights and a water basin are included.

These outdoor fountains emit a relaxing babble of trickling water. The level of sound created can be adjusted so that the piece can be used to help drown out the sound of heavy traffic.

Product information

A power feed to the site is required for the water pump, and connecting the fountain to the mains power supply must be undertaken by a qualified electrician. Shipping quotes can be obtained and charged at cost. Please read our FAQs or email our sales team for further information.

If installed correctly with a suitable filtration and softening package, then maintenance required for this outdoor ball fountain is minimal. Typically, this would consist of draining it a few times a year to remove any debris. Once clear, it can be refilled with fresh water. In areas of hard water or high salt content, the basin will need to be drained more frequently, as the concentration of salts in the water increases over time. Maintenance instructions will be issued on installation.
