Bronze Water Fountains

Bronze fountain questions

Yes, if the water used in your bronze fountain is fresh, un-chlorinated water. Chlorinated water will corrode the protective bronze patina – whether natural or created – and then the bronze fountain sculpture itself.

The best way to clean any bronze garden decor is with clean, warm water and a soft cloth. Refrain from using chemicals or anything abrasive as this will damage the patina.

Yes. Bronze has incredible durability because it cleverly creates its own protective film to strengthen the metal against any harsh weather. Over the winter months, your bronze garden sculpture or outdoor fountain will become a mesmerizing focal point in the otherwise dormant garden.

Water fountain features by their very nature require specific maintenance to keep performing brilliantly. We provide a detailed Maintenance Manual to every client ensure your antique bronze work of art continues to enchant and delight for decades to come.
