Kips Bay Showhouse 2026

Coastal home redesigned in 2026 for Kips Bay Showhouse in Florida.

This waterfront residence is one of two properties that will be transformed by leading designers.

February 24 – March 24, 2026.

We’re delighted to be showcasing two of our beautiful garden sculptures in an innovative garden designed by Robert Bell, founder and principle of Bell Design, Inc. for the ninth annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House in Palm Beach this February. The firm’s design represents how our favourite outdoor spaces evolve as we do, from childhood to maturity, and incorporates Chalice, one of our classic water features, and Flo – a limited-edition sculpture. It will provide visitors the opportunity to reflect on the passing of time as well as the contradictions of a landscape architect’s life, as neither architect nor gardener, landscape architects practice at the intersection of many disciplines and with an unusually broad palette.

‘I am drawn to David’s pieces for the way they integrate so seamlessly into my landscapes. There is a beautiful duality to his work: a reflective, ruminative presence that provides a striking counterpoint to the softer planting scheme. In the Wellness Garden, the perfect geometry and flowing water of Chalice bring a sense of serenity to the jasmine and roses surrounding it. Meanwhile, Flo’s exquisite verdigris finish perfectly complements the sea grapes and bromeliads, especially when caught in the glow of the sunset, and creates a sophisticated dialogue with the garden’s bronze furnishings.’ – Robert J. Bell of Bell Design, Inc.

Flo stands at an intersection between the garden and the waterfront, its gilded edge expelling a warm glow as the sun sets.

This year, for the first time, the event will include the transformation of two properties on North Flager Drive in West Palm Beach: a waterfront residence known as The Intracoastal House, and The Palm Cottage, which lies just across the street.

The two homes will be reimagined by some of the country’s most distinguished interior designers and landscape architects and together will offer guests an inspiring showcase of waterfront living and intimate residential design.

Bell Design, Inc. is a landscape architecture firm based in Washington, DC, Southampton, NY, and Palm Beach, FL. Tickets can be purchased here. Proceeds from the event support the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County’s mission of providing essential educational and developmental programs for young people in their respective areas.
